    i tried this exercise and i can do 8-9 reps and then my sholder gives up on me, i do the rest 6-7 hanging, i love the work out its killer

    @VinceDelMonte You just said it again, he does cardio on an empty stomach to lose fat, but in other videos he says he won’t do cardio this way cause he doesn’t want to lose muscle.
    I’d like to know, is it good to do any workouts on an empty stomach, like, should we do that as much as possible for all workouts? Or can you do cardio in the morning to lose fat but NOT lose muscle doing it?
    You might want to clear some of this up in another vid!

    thats not easy..the first guy who does it is more accurate…ive tried that before..it aint easy..lots of upperbody strength is needed to put that feet up

    Unusual? LOL. I do that with a 20 kg dumbbell. This is just a just a roman chair but hanging to a bar and with more range. It’s only natural to do that if you don’t have a roman chair or a captain chair, whatever it’s called. This and bicycle is the only ab exercise you’ll ever need and only once a week. Exercise like squat will also work your abs.

    this practice is hell! Focus is very important, most people start to swing. Swinging is not an ab training. So why training before brackfast? If you eat carbs and afterwarts you train you will burn carbs and after the carbs you start buring fat. So the first 30 mins you are buring carbs. If you train before brackfast you burn fat immediatly.
