    …..AND he is doing it in fast motion just to show all of the excercises. We all should know that it should be done slowly and deliberately. AND, he never suggested her was perfect…so for calling him ‘sloppy’….post a video of YOU doing it….that will be a comedy treat!!!

    #1) it is not a fake photo….he is standing taller because of a tighter abs and the distance the photo was taken

    #2) Instead of making fun of these and calling him “sloppy”….why don’t you try some of these….let’s see how “composed” you look doing these very difficult balancing excercises
    #3) I’ve been doing ALL (except the reverse hyper – which if I find a sturdy equipment to do it on, I will) and my abs, arms, shoulders, legs, thight, bum have never been tighter and in shape. DO IT!!

    i play rugby league in australia and have a junior NRL workout from the Dragons.. and all of it is focused on core strenght and its all done using a ball.. some are extremely painful and you dont have to move for some but yeah.. this guy is goin to fast every work out i have which are similar say to go at quite a slow pace to achieve maximum burn and results..

    well i would say his form is correct in all exercises but the crunch and the lower back extension…crunch should be done with hips up n not down like he has it n he should not be pulling so hard on his neck…lower back extension he should not go up so high and should def look for support on his feet as he lost proper form

    Actually, his form was excellent, and the speed is just due to the type of video it is. I would MUCH rather just see the exercises quickly (exactly as done), and not hear the trainer talk, talk, talk. Most videos waste too much time talking, but this guy just shows correct form. Thanks so much for the info.

    good exercises, terrible form, reps are done way to fast….yes slow down, most people do abs way too fast
