this might not look that hard but MY GOD it is
I am on Week 5 atm, I replace some work outs with Weights instead of bands, i find my weights Give my arms more preasure then bands, I have bigger arms now, I am also following a different six pack exercise every day i do it, I have a six pack and my muscles are getting bigger, I work out 3 times a week, and do Interval 3 times a week.
You need to rest your body to build more muscle, Every time your muscles get bigger and need rest for them to recover.

@ noynoyaquino the best sign for roids is a flared out belly- the intestine grow a lot when steroids are introduced in the system. This guy is clearly not on steroids, just in shape. Go to the gym and learn what dedication is before you start yelling “OMG ROIDS” like an idiot again.

@g1598 – i was wondering that. i think it’s probably 2-4 times per week.
i would do 60 sec rest between sets and 90 sec between each particular exercise.

I have gotten a six pack,and i want to improve to 8 pack, but when i try to train my lower abs my upper abs grow :S so now i have a lil hill from my upper abs to my lower abs :S someone help?
