I love this ab work out its so easy to do and I dont have to do a ton of sit up which hurts my neck. I want to have a toned body by this summer so ill keep you updated

Ummmmm… Tammy, I have been taught since middle school that full r.o.m. situps are really bad for your back, so i do jackknives instead. Would you recommend something else?!?

I’m sorry but that’s impossible unless your drastically changing your diet. That’s really too much weight to be loosing in that amount of time. On average most people only lose a pound or two a week.
great workouts
flutter kicks 2 minutes, crunches 2 minutes, sit ups 2 miutes, supine bike kicks 2 minutes. then do it 1:30, 1:45, up until 15 seconds. foot pulses (extend legs and feet 6 inches off the ground, then bring them straight up and drop 6 inches again).
@claudia1392 are you eating anything speical? likee speical foods or dieting? or just doing the regualar excersizing with your normal diett?
try to do more workout on the right side to even them out.

All her workouts are great…. i lost 40 lb’s in 3 weeks by doing one workout per day and on weekends i do 40 sit ups… she amazing and it really does work if you try everyday… good luck to you all and hope she will make you feel as good as i do…. Thanks Tammy…

It probably shouldn’t matter.
Work on your right obliques is my best advice. Either that or keep up doing whaqt you’re doing and eventually your right side will fix itself and catch up. Don’t quit your exercise and it should be fine.
