i have a question, how frequent do i train with your videos to get the best result? at the same time, not to get my muscles tired and fatigue?
I don’t like the last exercise, so I modified it to another exercise to strengthen my shoulders. In the same position, holding arms up in air with weights in both hands, lower weights to floor above your head, hold a minute for stretch, then return to first position.
You can do these workouts everyday they arent that intense that you need to give your muscles time to relax.Infact they wont really work that well if you dont do them everyday.They will still work,it just takes longer for results.

Hey guys, I have been doing her workouts and started to see results, warning do not do them everyday because your muscles needs to recover. Try to eat healthy the besrt way you can. I still eat the way I eat but lesser meaning cut everything in half.. You will see results in about 3 weeks depending on how you’ve been exercising. You also need cardio:can be walking, aerobics, dancing, bicycling, things like that.

I think it depends on the person and their metabolism, I am not the kind of person that can eat alot and stay thin, but I do give myself a day to indulge in the fatty foods that I love so much!

I keep Shakira posters on my wall for inspiration(haha). But anyway, right before I go to eat junk food i think about how mad and frustrated I’ll be afterwards. Then I think of all the wasted time of working out for a measly dessert. lol. Oh if you still want to eat icecream they sell really small 3oz sizes which are the perfect size! i have maybe 2 a week and it never even put a dent in my weightloss goal.
CAn u still eat a lot and at the same time work out? or is the working out just waste of time because im eating too much?

@carmenjones okay I will try to do it 2 times I started just last week doing one time and I am seeing results. I kept doing it everyday so lets see 2 meaning I can cut my days down into half and possibility do it 3 days a week.

eat it in small portions, and get lowfat icecream, and also dont eat it everyday..
I am a big workout freak! But your video, just isn’t hard enough for me. Do you think you can make a more advanced one?
@MCoolieM12 I do each video twice, you really feel it better and you get quicker results.

you can basically include icecream in your diet (its not a very bad product actually). Ofcorse not on a daily basis, but eating it once or twice a week wouldnt hurt if you participate in active fitness
I have one problem i do all these workouts and then my mom walks in the door with ice cream and im like ohhh give me and then i end up gaining what i just worked off can you tell me how to stop doin this?
