is it true that if you have belly fat and you do ab exercise that it only makes your belly bigger because of al the muscles getting stored with your fat?

like the workouts, but annoyed when he does his voice things, trying to throw weird accent in. just talk normal. it makes him seem creepy. but i like the workouts, i can feel them after i do it
now i feel guilty watchin this while im eatin a burger n croissant at the same time. i love meat n carbs.hmmm
