they’re okay as long as you do a lot of physical activity throughout the day. But i strongly recommend you water because sports drink tend to have too much sugar.
just try to do all the work with your abdominals. don’t put too much stress on your neck. if you just started doing this just relax your neck & as you keep doing this workout you’ll eventually learn how not to tense your neck
yes, you should be seeing results. but they recommend to at least have a 2 day break during the week so your ab muscles can start burning the fat. or do this a one day then the next rest, and so on

They need to slow it down. breeeaaattthhh out on the working phase & breath in on the relaxation phase.

Ha ha ha, one week…yeah sure. It took Arnold Schwarzenegger about 10 years to train properly for Mr Olympia. If everyone could see results in one week then you wouldn’t see any out of shape people.
Additionally to this why not try adding some weight, like a weight across your chest… Your abs are like any other muscle..it’s not all about the reps all of the time.

It’s kind of naive to expect results in a week. I’ve been doing it for about half a year, though every second day only, and I still don’t have the 6-pack, but I can definitely see some results.
well it MAY be becasue youve done your core to unevenly (more front side than backside) but if not that then i would ask your doctor

Uh…what kind of workout only takes a week to see results? You have to keep at it or you definitely WON’T see results. Welcome to the world of exercise. If people saw results in a week, EVERYONE would do it…and that’s definitely not the case.

what is the diet you do?
idk i did this workout and i was sweating after. the thing i usually do doesnt make me sweat, but i feel the burn in my abs alot more. and honestly, these are some pussy ass excersizes. for crunches, ur supposed to have ur legs crossed and in the air at a 90 degree angle. and that reverse crunch shit is stupid, leg lifts are better.
You have to do workouts WAY WAY WAY more than a week to see results.. just stick with it and i promise you will see results!
