I actually did all five of the cardio and all four of the ab bootcamp. Hopefully, I’ll see results sooner. I’m thinking about doing them twice a day plus add in a jog and dance routines. Hopefully this will help shed the pounds so that I can get my six pack back. I want a body like Beyonce, Ciara, and Janet Jackson. This is my goal.
sure, you need to do Cardio and then this one. Because if you don’t do cardio… it won’t work.

You should space it out every other day. Muscle needs time to repair itself, you should not be working a specific muscle group every day. I would run inbetween days to burn fat and maximize your six pack.
