    Well, lets look at it! During this transformation I did at least two workouts per day, 45 to 60 mins each. On average, I burned around 700kcal per workout. So we are already at 1400 kcal just from doing workouts. Take into account your normal energy use per day and the after burn from the workouts and 1700kcal is not really that much! Stop hating and start living! I did it buddy, my results was checked by 4 different independent sources, one of them MENSHEALTH MAG! But who cares, I am ripped!

    Rotfl I did some calculations on my trusty windows calculations and it came out that one would have to create 1700 kcal deficit per day to loos so much weight. So… either the guy on pic no1 stoped eating half year ago or he did marathones and triathlones every day for last 6 months.

    i already have a 6 pac but i want to get an 8-pack like the picture in the vid, but i also have a very littleamount of fat covering my bottom 2 abs which is stopping me from getting an 8 pack, so will this remove that fat or do i need to hit the diet again?

    [I already jog on the treadmill at about 4.5 level for 30 minutes, before my current ab workout.]
