you said about not eating something like fruit on top of a meat based meal but i thought that would be good as it would increase the amount of time it takes for the sugar from the fruit to get into your blood stream and therefore keeping your blood glucose levels regular…
help me out here matt lol XD

can the concept of never letting your body

“Actually, meat is mostly fat. I learned that from David Wolfe. ”

Hahaha! Is that what passes for learning these days?
    Check your “facts”, your assumptions.
Biology 101. Meat is muscle is mostly water and protein… not fat.

    Matt Rocks!

Would eating sugar like agave nectar with almonds cause the sugar to ferment because of the protein in almonds?

  13. ACEBAKER911 says:

Hey Matt, id luv to hear your thoughts or experiences on all these so called ‘ super foods’ and Raw Supplements Out there being promoted amongst so many Raw teachers and Gurus

Goji Berries, MSM powder, Dehydrated Green Grass Powders, Acai and Camu Camu Berry Powders , Maca Powder, Zamu Juice, E3 Live Algae, etc.

Just a thought, it would be super cool if you did a video on these, Thanks

Wish I hadn’t missed you in Vegas. The meetup posted it the day before and I had too little time to plan. :)

  15. RealRawMatt says:

Depending on the cut of the meat, meat is mostly protein. I’m not sure where David Wolfe gets his information from, but meat is muscle and therefore made up of protein, though there can be fat attached to it or marbled within it.

    Take care,
    RawMatt

  16. starseed84 says:

Actually, meat is mostly fat. I learned that from David Wolfe. An good example would be beef. Of course cooked dairy puts weight on much faster than flesh foods.
