@shannystars I think you would be able to if you did it like this: Do this workout after every meal (3 times per day), and just make your diet a bit healthier.

I’m trying to get ready for bikini season how long do u think it takes roughly?? I have a bit of holiday fat on stomach and ribs but nothin too drastic I was wondering should I diet too or just exercise more??

In all honesty, I do not think this is going to work for you if you are under the age of 18 haha. If youre over-weight trying to lose weight it definitely could and is a great start but for me I’m trying to get to my perfect body stage and I’m real close and this is not going to do anything for me! But its very nice and easy (: good start !

twice a day you will get the results I am an instructor and I do these moves and a lot more they are fun to do and you will get the results.
