    This movements that the video shows are modified forms of the mountain climbing technique. Technically this will work by helping you burn off some body fat because it is a cardio exercise that gets your heart pumping in the fat burning range. If you are going for a tight and tone core then you will need to do more than just these mountain climb exercises. If you find yourself only having 90 seconds to get a short workout in, definitely give it a try. Something is always better than nothing!

    I never said it was always the point. The majority of the time, I DO NOT move as fast as possible and my clients certainly do not. Form is paramount 95% of the time. But the purpose of THIS exercise and THIS micro workout IS to move as fast as possible. This is the other 5% where we want movement to be as fast and demanding as possible. What is so hard to understand about that? You are thinking in absolutes when in the real world there are shades of grey too.

    LOL, really? Then why is it listed as the second item in the hobbies area of your profile? Clearly a sign of a true fitness expert – LOL.

    Again, I don’t disagree with you. People need to start at the basics. However, when you are moving at top speed, especially in a very intense metabolic focused workout, you are never going to get textbook form. The purpose is to ramp up the metabolism, not practice our form at slow speeds.
