well tonight will be my 2nd week working out. I can do 4 of the excirses in the video and I do 100 Sit Ups and do them in the morning and then night before i go to bed. I do each excersise 100 times in the morning and 100 times at night. I also take Creatine after and before i work out. My stomach feels much Tighter I am 125 pounds and 19 years old. When should I expect to see results?

  3. Shizzymcgee says:

@mikinator527 protein after your workout, complex carbs before your workout. oatmeal before your workout, eggs and chicken after your workout. u will see results i promise. workout hard and give muscles at least 48hrs rest in between lifting them.

But i dunno what to eat, im from norway, and i dont have all these english food only thing i know eggs and chicken and i dont wanna eat that everday, and btw how many days a week can i workout before my body needs rest? and when shud u use supplement’s? before and after workout?

  6. TheAuxilius says:

@digerydooboi Skip carbohydrates like potato, pasta and bread. eat a little rice for slow carbohydrates so you can work out. Since fat is stored carbohydrates you will get rid of fat quicker if you dont eat any. You must eat much lean protein which doesnt allow your body to break down you muscles for fuel. have a steady eating routine combined with cardio, (80% of maximum HR) during 20-30 minutes aday should be ok, this should be done after some weightlifting since it will burn stored energy.

Also when doing the big lifts make sure you do them correctly and safely, not too high in volume either. And when squating go deep, no partial squats. I’d reccomend the book “starting strength” to anyone and everyone. And i am a firm believer that one of the best exercises is grappling, judo etc…but i’m biased of course.

  8. turismogamer says:

I’d like to add that if you want to look lean with a 6 pack people usually have the idea to run and not do weights. Do both. In the morning lift weights and lift big compound exercises e.g. SQUAT, PULLUPS, this uses up most of the carb energy so that when you do Cardio it digs into your fat stores. Let your body know you need the muscle otherwise it will burn with the fat. Always eat high protein, low SATURATED fats, 6 small meals a day, drink plenty of water, get plenty of rest, allow recovery

Good Video. I had struggled to lose those extra ten or fifteen pounds for years. I was depressed, sad and lacked self-confidence. I tried this new program and I am shocked how fast my body changed and it was natural and healthy. Check out the link on my profile to visit my website and learn how to reach your goals. after I finished the sets I didn’t feel anything for awhile, but then when I was walking around and stretched out I couldn’t breathe and had to curl down into a ball lol. It must work because I never felt my abs burn like that

im not much of a working out dude but cardio workouts are for a healthy heart, and cardio workouts increase your stamina

  13. digerydooboi says:

hey i’ve only just got into working out so i can get buff for when i get home from uni. what exactly are cardio workouts? and what types are there? also what sort of diet do i need to go on? i dont really drink but i am a smoker (hopefully not for long) do you know any websites where i can get all this info from?

    Cheers

I agree, the first few weeks will show no result, so do as Cth said, do intervals and ressistance training, and do this exercise with the ressitance training or do it at night/morning. It is important to eat healthy and sleep enough, and stay away from the sweet stuff, trust me I stopped eating sweets and now when I get some I hardly can eat eat, I could eat a veggie in no time rather then a chocolate for example.. ANd no I am not vegetarian, I love meat :P

  15. Cthruyourass says:

Guys as many people have probably said this again I will say this also, to get a 6pack abs you need to have lower than 10% body fat if you’re a guy and lower than 14% body fat if your a woman. For this you need to do cardio etc. and monitor your diet. Also it isn’t as easy as it may sound but you will have to wait for some time before you get your 6pack abs so just hung in there

  16. squarepox says:

    Revgmengel,
If thats all youre doing, probably not.
    1. Do the whole thing–if you can’t reach 20 reps go til’ failure–don’t stop with the 3rd workout–try all of them.

-Important: Don’t do this every day. Muscles need rest to grow and function.

    2. Supplement/reinforce all ab work with cardio–especially running.
    3. monitor diet
    4. Non-ab exercise reinforces the abs–running, bench press, squat, it all helps.
If that doesn’t work search the video “3 min six pack.”

I take the creatine before i work out and after i work out. plaese answer my questions =)

  22. edizzle562 says:

  23. wwephenom55 says:
