this is JUST ok. the best workout would be ab ripper X. also known as p90x. Ive been doing that. And my stomach got a lot smaller. its really effective.
BUt you do have to keep exercising. you can’t stop for a month or something coz then your belly grows back.
its going to be different for every person and their workout level , if you keep at it you will see results..

I would say you can do once a day or if you want to take it to extreme you can do as many as you can
Some diets to lose weight is to eat healthy food and stay away from junk (cookies, mcdonaldos,etc).
Another one is to drink lots of water!!!
Drink one cup before you eat and then drink another cup of water after your done eating.

I have been doing it for 2 days and i am already see results.
But mostly because i do it like 5 times a day
To lose fat you still need to do cardio, because the only thing your doing right now is working your abs, not the rest of your body.
One way to really work the bottom of your stomach when you dont feel the bottom working is to squeeze in your belly while doing it.
There is two things you have to do to lose fat fast.
One is exercise, cardio, etc..
And the other one is have a healthy diet.
I do this exercise everyday, about 4 times.
I would say its not too young because I am 13 and I do these stuff more than 3 times a day.
And i am starting to get a flat stomach
