    this is JUST ok. the best workout would be ab ripper X. also known as p90x. Ive been doing that. And my stomach got a lot smaller. its really effective.

    BUt you do have to keep exercising. you can’t stop for a month or something coz then your belly grows back.

    I would say you can do once a day or if you want to take it to extreme you can do as many as you can :)

    Some diets to lose weight is to eat healthy food and stay away from junk (cookies, mcdonaldos,etc).

    Another one is to drink lots of water!!!
    Drink one cup before you eat and then drink another cup of water after your done eating.
    At least 8 cups per day :)
