I have a pretty stupid question, I’m a boxer, meaning that I must drop my weight ALOT before a match… so how does not eating at all for 3-2 days effect how my muscle grows during those days. I wont obviously be pushing it all I got, but I will still need to trai. want to make sure im not damaging my body.

  20. MrDidicat says:

please tell me your workout schedule per week

  21. hots3xy says:

@Orzo9 Well thank u very much… i wouldn’t train in a GYM barefoot either, it would be gross! haha

  22. Orzo9 says:

@hots3xy It also depends where you are working out. Like I wouldn’t dare do workouts in a gym or outside while barefoot. I don’t trust the gyms to keep their floors squeaky clean. Also a pair of running shoes or track shoes can also provide some traction to your feet when you are required to be in a good stabilized position. This can reduce your risk of slipping and possibly injuring yourself if you are using weights.
