I can’t do a sit up..well maybe one or two…is it cheating having something to hold down your feet? if so then I can do them. I also do curls with dumbell and pushups for my chest.

Yeah. Do SIT UPS. Not crunches. Sit ups work your upper and mid level abs. This works lower and middle, getting you a six pack. Sit ups and Oblique workouts will get you a nice six pack. Do push ups for Pectorals, (chest) and for defined arms.

i to wanted a sixe pack and a for pack all u have to do is run 2 burn fat and do crunhes cause i do cross country and wen i get home i work out and the results show real fast
well man just do kinda regular crunches i also suggest you do the crunches with a little weight put some metal disk on the back of your head and lift your self up it helps you put a little presure on the abs so the train more…also dont eat sweets,chocolate,ice-cream and stuff……

guys, easiest way you an loose weight is just always carry a bottle of water with you! if you do you’ll always be wanting to drink from it. i lost like 6 pounds in 3 days.
