This will work! If you do about 100 situps every day for 2 weeks. You will get good abs! Ive done it for about 3 days and i see it forming already.

“to failure” is an expression that means; “till the time u cant take it anymore” like ur energy depleted…
like not full getting up crouch but doing it halfway
partial means “not full”
i think it might mean do that exercise until you can’t do it any more, so do it until failure then change. i don’t actually know though, im just assuming that

Does anyone know the name of these exercises..??
Because i”ve been given three exercises from a personal trainer quite recently, and i m gonna work on them from next tomorrow.
The following were the exercises.
1. Incline Reverse Crunch – which is to put on your ankle weights, lie back and grab the bench behind your head.
2. Weighted Crunch – lie back and hold weight disc to your chest.
3. Weighted Russian twist – Sit upright on floor with legs out in front, but legs slightly bent.
what does partials to failure mean
This was incredible, i found the ;; DIETASYPESO , COM and losed 15 KG in just 2 weeks. That was good !
