    h8urdad , you did it that much, wow, 5 times by 50 =250, really a nice job, eventhough you got sore body after that, dont misunderstood, im compliment on you, seriously doing 1 set only make me cant move for 3 days….

    head and arms, also your legs. it should be about 1 1/2 – 2 inches off the ground when you come back down from the ‘ v ‘ shape :D

    try stretching before and after your workout, this may help with the pain, also, if this is your first attempt at Pilates V Exercises, your lower back will be put to alot of use, try strengthening your lower back, oand build up slowly, try starting off with 1 or 2 reps a day to slowly strengthen your muscles, do it too quick and fast,and you are in danger of straining something

    Try do a few stretches for back before the workout and after. stand straight with ur hands really stretched up 2 the sky and try go as much as possible on ur toes while reaching 4 dat sky, then come down and bend over now touching the floor and really hunch ur back: these stretches shud help after a few weeks, if ur back continues 2 hurt u may need 2 get medical advice.

    When i go down slowly, i use my lower back also to help. But if i keep doing it my back hurts like fuck! Whats the problem? is my lower back just weak?

    if you’re feeling a burning sensation in your muscles then yes that is you using your leg muscles. this exercise requires the use of both your ab muscles and leg muscles.

    ooyarn,do extra warm up for ur neck and shoulders with some light training or stretching beforehand. after a while the strain should go.
