@Frenza23: i had the same problem when i did pilates for the first time cuz i too have long legs cuz i’m tall as well.. but ur taller cuz i’m 5′10″. haha. anyway, the more practice, the better. cuz that’s what i did.

I managed to do this 4 times yesterday. Sadly, I had to work a night shift that night… as a nurse I have to do a lot of pulling and lifting, so I was pretty well useless the whole night

Haha, no it’s not bad! It means you worked really hard. Let your muscles rest and do the routine again when you’re 1/2 way healed from the soreness. GREAT WORK girl!

Hi Frinza23! You’re right, I did not post any prep/beginner vids. I should def do that. As for keeping your legs straight, it is a combo of flexibility and core strength. It is ok to start with legs bent a little. That way you can perform the exercises effectively. Legs straight will come after time.

Hey Cassie!! love your videos and i love how u challenge me with each video! Im not the best when it comes to keeping my legs up n straight idk if its cuz im too tall but i always try 2 keep them up and have 2 hold them up is there some kinda prep exercise vid that could help get my core in shape 2 handle some of the other exercises in your other vids… im like 6ft tall n im trying 2 get my abs/core n slim up upper legs n ur videos r amazing any suggestions or any new vids! appreciate it…
