    You can do other forms of cardio like kickboxing or dancing inside. This is important for losing weight. As for how many times a week you should do this – these are only 10 min videos so you can do them a few at a times a day every other day. Butt it all depends on how you feel, you know your limits!

    you HAVE to do cardio to loose fat. You could try Bikram Yoga. It’s tough, but you can do it.

    i’m 14 and want to be in better shape; i want to loose 5-10lbs and enjoy pilates:)
    I’m not overweiight or anything, my BMI is 21.5, Just want to be in better shape.
    I eat farely healthy, but hey, i’m a teenager..
    i was wondering, how many times a week do you suggest to do this workout and which other pilate videos you have?
    My main problem is my stomach and i’d like to tone my legs a bit.
    I’d rather not do cardio, becaus i have nowhere to run, so what do you suggest?

    oh no! keep breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth. you may be holding your breath. the lack of oxygen creates the headache. try that and lemme know how it goes!

    You’re welcome!!! Thinner thighs but thinning the quads? Try my “legs n thighs” video. It focuses on slimming the whole thigh area so you create a more toned look overall. Also do some cardio like dancing, jogging, swimming etc. This will reduce fat all around.

    Oh you’ll def be sore the next day (as you probably have experienced by now)! As for noticing results, most people say if they do Pilates 2-3 times a week (1 hr sessions) they see a REAL diff in just a couple weeks. Tell me what happens!

    great workout! only one comment, at 2.50 when you do point legs from table top position- shouldn’t they be at 90 degrees? Pilates is about perfection of every angle…
