I believe this exercises are the best from all you can find on youtube, I did them for 1 month and lost 7 Kg and my abs start to look better and better, Thanks for Uploading this Video

so i’m thinkin early in the morning, mid-afternoon, and then night should work, even better than once a day
I think he means 2-3 times a day, that would be an intense circuit, but it gets results.

@MrGreenknight11 he means 2 – 3 repititions in the same work out. The last one at the end moving your arms from side to side then rest for 30 seconds then start again with the bicycle movement routine.
well looks like a great routine, but like every muscle in your body, your abs must rest in order to grow…i’d say doing this every 2 days..if you did it on sat repeat on mon.

ok, ive been doin this for like 2 months and its really startin to work and tone some shit down, i do it pretty much everyday, but idk if he means 2-3 a week or wat, i assume it cant be 2-3 a day cuz that would be suicidal, any interpretations?
