    I like how this excersize was no just crunches or things as stupid like that, I like that I could move more. But I baely felt anything in my abs, maybe if I did each excersize for longer then 30 seconds or maybe I’m just not doing it right. I didn’t really feel anything at all for a few of them. Is that right? :S

    Im a chiropractor as a proffession, puting your hands behind your kneck as you work your abs out is bad for your back, kneck and spinal cord. Whenever doing situps always make sure hat your hands are in front of you and that your chin is as close to your chest as possible
