    I ride the stationary bike at the gym for about 45 mins a day. Start with a base level, like a 5 or 6, for a few mins, then up the level to say 11 or 12 for a few, then back down to the base level for cool down. keep doing this for the 45 mins. Eat good and drink lots of water. Stay away from fast foods and sugar. The weight will come off. Good luck!

    I started walking 30 min a day and got shin splints hurt like heck and took me off work. I hate excerise i need to start really slow so I dont get hurt and so I get in routine. Any tips?

    @zitadelle44 I agree, however I find starting with fitness helps control my diet, puts me in the right mindset. I find it tricky to start off with a good diet then exercise

    This video is soooo true… Honestly, if you eat right, drink a lot of water and work out like that, anyone would lose weight. Except!! The only thing is that it’s just so hard to consistently do as told. Sheesh… I’d start working out like that and restraining myself from eating for like at most 2 weeks, then give up. *sigh. How on earth do you put up with it and have patience? I keep giving up if I don’t see immediate results.
