    @SugobMr1 what’s so bogus about it? The weight loss was 8 pounds over 4 weeks, which is considered healthy weight loss. Bogus is watching biggest losers lose 30 pounds in a week. I’ve done this workout for 2 weeks and already I feel stronger. Mixing up the routine with super-sets and cardio is like a lighter version of MMA training, and the nutrition plan isn’t to hard to follow.

    So there, that’s my take, go listen to some other body builder for all i care, these guys know there stuff.
