These too will damage health. corn fed cows are 6 months away from dying when they are slaughtered for consumption. Not healthy animals to be eating. Grass fed organic only people.

building muscle raises your metabolic rate which means you burn more calories.
doing extended periods of cardio raises cortisol levels which are muscle destructive and will reduce your metabolic rate.
resistance training is waaaay more fun, versatile and gets far better results!

your better off changing your brain first
then changing your diet
then learn PROPER exercise – get Paul Chek’s book How to Eat,Move and Be Healthy
then do some short interval training
then after all that, you can do some cardio but its not the first thing to focus on
if you do it, dont do much…less than 30 min total and only a few days a week
